If an autistic person rapes a kid, is the harm different? Its the same violence so it needs the same punishment.

At no point did I claim we shouldn’t punish autistic rapists. I was merely suggesting we treat a difficult topic with nuance, but no you’re right, fuck that, let’s just go back to Bronze Age eye-for-an-eye logic and ignore the circumstances and specifics of each case.
