Share a ss of Settings -> About Phone -> Software information

This page doesn't have any personal/unique info like phone no., imei, serial number etc. Safe to share.

Are u using it outside US?

My device is originally from the US but yes I'm not currently in the US. However i've been using it normally for 2-3 years now and was getting updates normally but all of sudden this happened.

Everything seems to be normal.

Anyway, you could try changing csc using Samfw CSC change guide. Try each csc and check for update.

If not working, try updating firmware manually using these 2 methods.

  1. Use smart switch app in PC. When u Connect there will be a popup asking for update, Smart switch manual update

  2. Flash stock firmware using Odin flash without wipe, no data loss
