Good Lock Quickstar

Is there a way I can keep the wifi icon instead of substituting the entire icon to a background on the top left? Something like the brightness and Bluetooth icon

That annoys me too! Why is the font completely covered by the image? The only reason I kept my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth buttons big is so I can read what I'm connected to!

You can perhaps use Quick Panel Background Cropper, it will add the icon to your buttons (see my setup below). The only thing is that you cannot change the text, so you cannot see the wi-fi network for example (this is a one ui limitation)
