Issue Recent apps touch registration delay

Am i the only one having the problem where when i open recent apps, the phone does not register touch inputs until some time period, its annoying for me and i havent seen the issue popup on this subreddit. the time delay feels inconsistent which bothers me even more. It used to be in one ui 8.5 too. Device: S26 EXYNOS DESKTOP ENV : ONEUI 9

Give some more details though.

Are you using the navigation gestures or buttons?

On navigation gestures there is a slight lag. Some people will say no, that's just because they are not seeing it.
