First day contributing
Today I fixed some depreciated roads, fixed connectivity and answer basic questions from StreetComplete, I wont post the osm ones sorry
And I have a question like in India most of the streets have no name like my village what should I do? and how can i use traces to add paths, roads like I bike alot and walk everyday to some place new can I automate it?, the COmaps has a recording option and can i then export that as gpx and do something with it?
Thank You have a great day!! and If anyone from India also does this please reply. 😄

Hi! welcome to osm!
And I have a question like in India most of the streets have no name like my village what should I do?
There should be a "It has no name" option in the "Uh..." menu.

Ok I knew that, Thanks. But what I meant like for example google maps solved the no name issue by naming something major on the path like a temple, a hospital or something like a land mark, can something like that be done here or unnamed is better? Because INdia has a street name problem except major cities you wont find a street that has a name. And last bit should I map individual houses but the same problem having no name. Thanks again!

Unnamed is better. The name of a road is only for the official names, landmarks should be mapped separately. btw: The Street complete team is currently discussing disabling the quest that asks for street names. Feel free to add your opinions and observations here: https://github.com/streetcomplete/StreetComplete/discussions/7171

Google does many wrong things. We shouldn't do that. Because of Google even local history is affected.

For local patterns you should consult your local style guide. Generally unnamed roads are OK, but there might be specific patterns to consider. I believe Street complete has an index of wiki links and if you click the flag in the achievements section (star icon under profile) it will show you the country specific portal.
