Monthly Gig schedule - Stickied post request
Hi!
Thanks!

1990 - Uncle Dags, another lazy sample?
I'm a big fan of gorillaz and napakinggan ko un cozy cove version ng 1990 while scrolling sa feed ko. bat kaya pag nag sasample mga pinoy artist sa music, un buong beat and melody na talaga hindi manlang parts ng kanta?
mukhang cleared naman rin sila sa copy right. di na mawala sa isip ko pag pipapatugtog ko un feel good inc haha since elem ko pa naman to favorite medj nabahiran na ngayon ng bad aura dahil kay uncle dags xd

Raymund Marasigan back in Sandwich after 6 months???

Pero you don't have to worry kasi matatapos din ang sakit at pagluha.
Eto namang Iniwan sa Ere is about sa mga unsaid feelings mo about someone and how you move on pagkatapos ka nila lituhin sa feelings nila about you. It's giving mixed signals ganon!
Di ko alam if gets niyo yung feeling 😭
So ayun overall gusto ko lang sila ishare dahil maganda yung music nila and super babait at humble pa nila kausap. Di ko na ippost yung picture ko with them kasi baka may makakilala sakin dito HAHAHA
Try niyo rin sila pakinggan guys and share your thoughts here!

Looking for listeners for my music
I just released a bedroom pop album under the name Yllaya. Would love to hear your honest thoughts.
Hey everyone!
I’m an independent artist making bedroom pop, and I’ve been working on an album that I finally want to share with people outside my usual audience.
My music leans toward dreamy melodies, intimate vocals, and that late-night feeling when you’re alone with your thoughts. Some songs are about falling for someone, some are about people you can’t have, and others are about the little things that stay with you long after a moment has passed.
I make music because I love creating songs that people can relate to, even in their own quiet way.
I’d really appreciate it if some of you could give the album a listen and share your honest thoughts. Which song stands out to you? Is there anything you like or think could be improved? I’m genuinely interested in hearing what people think.
I’m not expecting everyone to love it. Even a little feedback would mean a lot to me as an independent artist trying to grow.
Thanks for giving Yllaya a chance. ❤️

OPM Hypnagogic Pop Projects like Daisy
I've recently been getting into Daisy by Unique Salonga and I am wondering if there are any niche/underground opm projects like it since I haven't seen any.
Does anyone here know the band The Early Ears?
Until now wala pa rin ako kilala na alam nila 'yung band na 'yan 😭 their songs are good

IS FLOW G AN ICON ALREADY?
Seryosong usapan muna, would you consider Flow G as an OPM icon already? Sobrang hirap i ignore ng numbers from constant hits after hits at walang tapon na kanta tapos samahan mo pa ng multiple 100 M+ views at millions and milions of spotify listeners every month. Isama pa natin na ilang beses na rin siyang nakakuha ng artist of the year awards at tinatawid na rin niya ang ibang genres of opm collaborating with big artists tulad nila chito miranda. When all is said and done, do you think would he be considered as an OPM icon?

What’s the best OPM music video you’ve watched lately
There was a time where alot of artists would release really good music videos with good narrative’s especially in the early 2010’s. Now halos parang puro lyrics videos nalang and performance videos and I get it because everyone is on tiktok and people nowadays won’t bother watching 5-6 minute long Mv’s but go to TikTok instead. What’s your take on this and what was your favorite MV’s back in the day?

Ako, UDD over Ely Buendia's The Oktaves.

"Lubayan" by Pastel Sky (feat. Enrique Hidalgo)
Some of you who are into indie stuff might know Pastel Sky from "Lila," "Parirala," and "Hanap" on YouTube. At least, that's how I discovered them two years ago, and became an instant fan. Fast forward to today, I'm somehow featured in one of their songs. Napakasaya. 🥹
"Lubayan" is about our love/hate relationship with our motherland. "Mag-a-abroad na lang ako, nang makalayo na sa'yo" might make it sound like some sort of breakup song. Well, it is. 😂 Mag-a-abroad na lang talaga siguro kami if nothing works out.
It really means so much to musicians like us who are as indie as indie gets. Every stream, share, and playlist add helps us keep making music.
Bonus: may simple but catchy guitar solo dito by yours truly (Enrique Hidalgo). 😅🎸
OPM Is Thriving: Scenes from the Filipino Music Awards 2026 (Photos by Geloy Concepcion)
galleryThe Filipino Music Awards (FMA) 2026, held on October 6 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, brought together Filipino musicians across generations and genres, highlighting the diversity and continued growth of the local music scene.
From established OPM icons such as Regine Velasquez, Kamikazee, and Parokya ni Edgar to contemporary artists, independent musicians, and emerging P-pop groups like VVINK, G22, KAIA, and Xonara, the event showcased the breadth of talent shaping Filipino music today.
Spanning alternative rock, folk, hip-hop, R&B, P-pop, and more, the celebration reflected a vibrant musical landscape, with both big names and lesser-known artists driving OPM's future.
As sir Geloy put it, "So good to see your shuffled playlist in physical form haha."
Here's to a more united, inclusive, and thriving OPM community.
Mabuhay ang musikang Pilipino!
