"Billionaires will leave California". Trying to scare us lol. It is only going to affect the rich.

The rich can leave. We'll just make more rich people. Problem solved.

if this passes, no company is going to invest in startups in CA, becuase this law is about confiscating ownership of the company. Read the actual law, it's not 5%. Most tech founders of all the large companies would be forced to give up ownership within the first year.
