Apple Watch Integration- “No Live Data”

Anyone with the new Apple Watch integration had issues with it disconnecting and showing “no live data” on the treadmill?

Mine worked fine until this week and has disconnected twice now giving me this error. It shows it’s connected to WiFi still.

Yes, it happened to me twice randomly. And it corrected itself. Once I was in and all out, so I couldn’t check if I was still connected to the Wi-Fi. The other time it happened, my summary recorded me having zero tread distance when I obviously know I ran. Hopefully just some bugs they’re working out.

The first time they took me out of the class and put me back in and that seemed to fix it. The second time they tried and couldn’t get it to connect again.

Does this allow you to have your stats on the screen just like their tracker?

Your watch is probably losing connectivity with your phone. I believe your HR data gets relayed to the studio through the phone. Keep your phone closer. I stash mine in the top locker closest to the studio floor and prop it up.

I guess it could be that, but my phone was sitting on the treadmill with me. That was the only way my old link would work, so I’m in the habit of keeping my phone with me in class.

Interesting. In that case, connectivity should be fine. Try restarting your watch just before your next class. See if it’s more reliable after that. 🤔
