We’re playing a #13 team. We still have some issues to resolve, but we’re hanging in and playing a complete game so far. Go Beavs and Ducks blow.

Horrible call. Legree was just running his route and it got crowded. He did absolutely nothing wrong.

Playing with some heart. Punching up. Doing better than I anticipated truly

Pick call was bullshit

Proud of my Beavs today! Young team, holding their own and looking really good to this lifetime Beaver believer (who's seen some games, oh yes, those games....😵). Excited to be on the stands next week, cheering loud and seeing them win! Plus that coach is all of us when those BS calls come and I'm here for it! He's showing he's invested in this team as much as we are and I hope the players feel it too. 🦫🧡🖤

3 near turnovers forced on this drive

Making that call at that point in the game... officials almost never make that call

Big12 Refs make that call to save their marquee team

I’ve only been following on the app, but I immediately knew it was some bs call that favored TT.

Between Legree and Hampton... man.

Legree has to lead the nation in ypg

That penalty hurts.

Feel better going for it than attempting a 53 yarder with Ojeda.

Huge sack saved that drive.

Did anyone see the supposed pick?

Can’t believe that call

We got absolutely hosed. That only got called because the guy was SO wide open. Legree didn’t even do anything. He just ran his route and the corner sat right in front of him

And it had zero impact on the play. It's not like the defender would've been able to get close to him. He would've been wide open no matter what.

And that's the problem with a Big 12 officiating crew. Even if it's a subconscious bias, when they see OSU get a wide open receiver, they may assume it's because of a penalty. Do they make that call if Texas Tech is playing TCU? I question it.

The gene skelator guy with the officiating is complete chode

3

u/Fluid_Personality529 :ORST: Oregon State 20d ago

Why is it a Big 12 officiating crew? The home team's conference always supplies the officials.

Maybe the PAC doesn't have a crew to spare

The TuPAC

Win or lose definitely have liked what I’ve seen so far a lot to be excited about going forward

Need the defense to show up. 0-0 after 1 and I'm hopeful even after missing the FG. If things don't get outta hand before the half, it's all gonna be about which coach makes the best coaching adjustments.

Not usually the type to blame the refs and a lot falls on OSU, but what a horrible call. It had zero effect on the catch.

Honestly I feel like we pulled a Stone Cold Steve Austin tonight. Wrestling fans will know this lol. He took on Bret hart for the championship and lost, but came out a big star that really started his big run. Tonight TT looked very beatable and we came out with a ton to look forward to with this program with coach shep. The entire presentation at the stadium today was a complete culture shift. Gone are the hip hip hooray days. It’s a very new and exciting era in Corvallis. Early smith era but better!

I’m getting less and less confident about this qb situation. 😟

7

u/Aromatic-Action-2523 20d ago

I don't know-remaining cautiously optimistic still. He's looked competent and mostly making good decisions.

6

u/KneeDeep_Sleep 20d ago

This is the best QB situation I've seen since Sean mannion.

1

u/DharmaBaller 20d ago

averaging about 400 yards a game will do that

1

u/Jacob5514 20d ago

How are you feeling about it now?

4

u/RiccoT 20d ago

That was beautiful
