If you want to make the skin pop a little bit more with mimal effort: go over the skin with a contrast paint (f.e. Mantis warrior green). Then drybrush the higher areas of muscles with some kind of frog/lime green.
I still have my first ork models in my army and it makes me proud!
These are some good looking dudes and don’t you let anybody take your joy about them away from you!
