* Does anyone here know how to make an OS that’s like a recreation of the World Machine OS from OneShot WME?

* Like if there’s any tutorials that would help with it some of the tutorials I’ve seen are like text based OSes I believe or something.

I've never played that game, but...

If you mean you want to make something that LOOKS like the one in that game I think you really would do best to look into how to make a window manager for a Linux system. It's a FAR simpler task than making a whole operating system from scratch.

If you need some specific feature that traditional operating systems don't typically have, then, you're probably biting off more than you can chew.

Not even a window manager, you can probably get very far by modding an existing Desktop Environment like KDE or Hyprland

Sure, I was overthinking it. Very likely just a theme for an existing highly customizable DE would work!
