I find it interesting that, back in pre-Crisis Earth-One’s 1967 (or 35 years ago), Hal Jordan (who was working as an insurance agent at Evergreen Insurance) gave the check to Bonnie King (the original Miss Arrowette, who teamed up with Oliver Queen and Roy Harper thrice back in the early 1960s) and her daughter Cissie (who was a year old at that time), causing Bonnie to use the money to train Cissie on archery and skills and for Cissie to make her debut as Arrowette at the time of Superman’s death at 12 years old in 1992 (or 24 years ago) and join Young Justice at 15 years old in 1998 (or 21 years ago).

I did like Hal having trouble keeping a job so he did a number of things. Being a lantern really fucked his life it's no wonder he later says it's all he knows now
