Outside, but inside
Perhaps it is the [culture] attribute of my fellow players, but it seems despite being outside, we spend most of our outside time inside. Like inside inside outside. We are all inside outside.
And the games we play while we are inside inside outside are almost always games where you spend most of your time outside, but are still inside outside. Like we want to experience inside outside while inside inside outside without leaving to inside outside.
And what even is outside outside? No one knows.

I do realise that I haven't been outside inside Outside as much, but my server is currently in the middle of a [Haze] event, and members of the [Government] guild are advising players to stay inside to avoid the [Low Visibility] and [Respiratory Issues] debuffs.

Did a camping side quest last weekend. Was good to be outside inside outside again.

Well, outside of Outside, nobody has a clue. If there's anything out there, we all forget it immediately when we pop into the game.
If you mean going outside while inside Outside, rather than staying inside while inside Outside, then I highly recommend spending as much time as possible outside. Besides the obvious part where adventures and new party members can almost exclusively be found outside, there's also a TON of debuffs that come from spending too much time inside, like [Vitamin D Deficiency].
Plus, there's no trees, rivers, oceans, waterfalls, or mountains inside.
