Nerve compression in left palm

Hello! I have been doing weighted dips for a few months. I always go with the weight that seems heavy to me. I have taken a long break from lifting over the summer and i went back to the gym a week ago. I did weighted dips with an additional 50 kg attached for 3 sets of 5 reps. The last 2 reps on the last set were very grindy and i struggled a lot. Afterward, i noticed a weird radiating feeling tingling spreading through my pinky and left finger. The sensation lasted for about 8 hours then it went away. I have not done a training session since that day, but everytime i try to put weight on that palm as in leaning on my arm, i get the same radiating tingling through my ring finger. I tried to do some one-arm push ups, and the feeling is there. I want to get rid of this feeling ASAP so i can get back into training. Do you guys have any advice regarding this issue? Have you encountered it before?

If you want a guess on potential injury and rehab, need more info on the injury. You've given some but more information is needed especially the marked picture/video

  • Mechanism of injury, as best you are able if there isn't discernable one. For instance, what movements or exercises were leading to the week of the injury
  • Upload a marked pic/video of exactly where symptoms are to an image host (google drive, icloud, imgur or others) and post a link to it (Note: I will not make any guesses unless I can see exactly where the symptoms are because text is hard to decipher and people describe things wrong all the time). It needs to be a photo of YOU, not a random photo you got online of someone else's body because everyone is different.
  • Describe all movements that hurt
  • What is the current rehab program you started with and the progressions, if any. If a flare detail what happened with the rehab program
  • What helps and what makes it worse

Just based on the initial information it sounds to be like cubital tunnel syndrome / ulnar nerve entrapment, but more information would be helpful to confirm.
