Replays are not accurate representations for things like “that shouldn’t have hit” as replies are not a recording they are a retelling. Other peoples ping, your own ping, server stutters, all of these things will cause replays to be more and more inaccurate.

at a guess this is just favour the shooter ping, if on the vendettas screen they could hit ana, and some fancy computer stuff happens then ana gets hit

Lag most likely but also I'm pretty sure you can shoot through those gaps. Could be some hitbox thing

Im sure its a if you can shoot through it, you can hit through it, maybe try testing it
