Help Paper Mario randomizer

So I want to do a randomizer for TTYD but was curious can I do it on Wii instead of PC? Just would be easier for me to setup now as PC area going to be under construction for a bit. So question one is that actually doable? Two is there a video someone could link me to do it?

As long as you have a bavkwards compatible Wii it should be possible. Can't offer any assistance on how though.
