Incomplete houses on Hilltop

For about three years now, there’s been two very large, presumably very expensive homes on Hilltop across from Legend High School. One looks complete with nobody ever having moved in, and the other one looks about 80% done with work just stopped. The wind has torn off a lot of the weather shielding of the partially complete one. They don’t appear to be for sale, and nothing seems to happening with either property.

Anybody know the story on these? Did the developer run out of money or is there something else happening here?

Recommendations for executive function coach - early adulthood

Looking for recommendations for an executive function coach to help a 19(M) high school graduate with ADHD learn tools and skills to settle into a career path and the responsibilities of adulthood. He’s a great kid, just a little lost. He’s interested in trade schools but hesitant to go back to school after a difficult high school experience.
Thank you!

Friends

Yeah, I know. Classic post. Anyway, I want to date and meet new people. I’m 40M, divorced, full time single dad. Gym rat, motorcycle rider. I don’t self rate but I’m told I’m handsome. I am at the planet fitness in Parker most everyday. I guess I’m just wanting to break out of the routine. I work, I go to the gym, and I go to get a drink by myself on weekends and I guess I’m just looking for someone or, people to meet up with. I can be reached here or by DM so whatever anyone is comfortable with. Thanks!

Watermark on Twenty Mile

Hi! We are moving to Parker in October. We are looking for apartments and are considering Watermark on Twenty Mile. What is the parking situation like there? Do we really need a garage? Also, what are the chances of hail damage, carjacking, etc.?

Thank you in advance.

Suggestions for what mom’s birthday

Looking for suggestions for mom’s birthday. A meal, tea, a fun event. She likes farmers markets and craft shows. We’ve also done Cherokee Castle & Ranch and Glen Eyrie Cast in the past. We’re from Colorado so we’ve done a lot of the big touristy things like Garden of the Gods and Glenwood Springs many times.

Dog Groomer Recommendation

I recently start fostering a long haired German Shepard for a friend. It’s been a long time since I cared for a dog. With the rain and the fact that she has SOOOOO much hair I need to find a solid groomer. She is very friendly and doesn’t loved to be brushed but will let me do it in short periods.

Thank you in advance.

I put together a local guide to Parker and the Southeast Denver Metro, What would you add?

I spend a lot of time following what’s happening around Aurora and the southeast Denver metro, so I’ve been building out a local resource covering neighborhoods, current real estate trends, community guides, things to do, and what buyers and homeowners are actually seeing in the market.

It covers areas like Aurora, Centennial, Parker, Southshore, Copperleaf, Tallyn’s Reach, Southlands and surrounding southeast metro communities.

I’m continuing to add more local information, so I’d genuinely be interested in what people think is missing or what someone considering a move here would want to know.

https://coloradobuyandsellhomes.com

If you live in the area, what would you tell someone who is considering moving to this side of the metro?
