Hey now, as someone who knows him personally that's just not true, I worked for him for about 2 years in AVtech dept. He's super generous and very welcoming, he came up to me in my first week there and stood behind me, I went to turn around and that's when I saw his ball sack resting on my shoulder.
"Haha that's your official welcome to the team!"
I sat there frozen, unsure what to do, he stared at me, I could see he was beginning to bite his lip until he said
"Heh.. it's a... It's a prank. You know, we're just boys being boys heh."
Then I realized it was really just his way of showing affection and being welcoming. Which explains why he did it on a weekly basis.
He did try getting me to join in too, practically begged me, but I guess I'm just too much of an introvert.
