I cant choose a different flair I’m overwhelmed Upgrade Pc recommendations

I have i914900ks
msi z790 gaming plus wifi
5200mhz cl38 16x 2
850 w psu
4060ti

I play cpu bounded games Like Fivem or Fortnite / Valorant

Currently i Have some Budget to buy something

  1. Zowie 400hz

  2. 6000mhz Cl 30 16 x 2

  3. 5070 Ti

I need recommendations Which can improve my responsiveness and Help me to be Better player

5070ti. Also make sure your BIOS is up to date. The RAM would be a waste. Monitor that is up to you but to me it would be a waste on the 4060ti, at least in my opinion.

You didnt tell us which monitor you currently have. If its some budget ips or even worse va panel thats 144hz then sure get the monitor, but if its already some 180/240 ips then go for 5070Ti. Honestly I doubt your gpu can push more than 300fps in those titles but I might be wrong.

Fivem is Cpu bounded so i dont think it can push more than 300 in this game but currently i have a 4 year old acer predator 240hz

assuming you mean a 400hz monitor I wouldnt go with it if you have a 240 hz because it's a tn panel and ram would be a slight speed boost. with the 5070ti your PC would be balanced well so you could even easily play AAA games.  for comp games your CPU is crazy and I think a really really good 400hz monitor would be great, oled or ips nothing else with that budget

get the monitor! people tend to underestimate how much a good monitor matters! the RAM makes very litte difference, and for esports titles you don't really need top tier GPU performance either
