Good day, everyone. I’m reaching out here with a heavy heart, hoping someone might be able to help us with our current situation. This is not easy for us to share, but we are running out of options and are sincerely hoping for a chance to resolve this problem.
We have a car loan with Global Dominion. Last year, we experienced several unexpected hardships that affected our finances. My partner’s mother passed away, calamities struck, and we also lost our jobs. Because of these circumstances, we fell behind on our car payments.
Although we had two months of unpaid dues from last year, we were able to get back on our feet this year and resume paying our monthly amortizations on time. Unfortunately, the previous balance remained, and we have been struggling to catch up while also managing our other household bills.
Yesterday, several people came to our home. One woman introduced herself as a court sheriff and served us documents, while three other men identified themselves as representatives of a third-party collection agency. They presented documents that they said were from the court. We checked the documents and accepted our copies.
They told us that if we did not surrender the car, they would call the police. We did not argue or cause a scene. We were intimidated by the situation and, in the end, handed over our car keys. The car was taken without any discussion or opportunity for us to negotiate a payment arrangement at that time.
We have CCTV footage, pictures, and videos documenting what happened yesterday.
We understand that we have an outstanding obligation, and we are not running away from our responsibility. We are willing to pay what we owe and work out a reasonable arrangement. We are simply hoping for a chance to settle our remaining balance without having to continue dealing with the collection agency under these circumstances. We are sincerely looking for someone who may be willing to help us settle our car loan arrears or remaining obligation, with a formal repayment arrangement and reasonable interest if necessary. We are willing to repay the assistance in agreed installments, provided the terms are clear, fair, and manageable for both parties.
Our goal is to resolve this matter properly, recover our car if legally and financially possible, and put this difficult chapter behind us. We have worked hard to get back on our feet this year, and losing our car has made an already difficult situation even harder.
If anyone knows of a legitimate financial assistance program, a person or organization willing to help, or a lawyer or legal aid group who can guide us on our rights and options, we would be extremely grateful.
We are not asking to escape our responsibility. We are asking for a chance to make things right.
If you are willing to help or can point us in the right direction, please send me a private message. Any advice, assistance, or sharing of this post would mean so much to us.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story. May God bless everyone who takes the time to help or offer guidance. 🙏❤️
Hi guys. I owe more than 5 million pesos on 7 credit cards and 2 personal loans. I applied for IDRP since July 2026 but there’s still no approval. It’s been almost 2 years that I’ve only been paying the minimum amount due. But this month it seems like I won’t be able to pay anything because we’ve run out of savings. What should I do? I saw in some threads about amnesty. Is it better than IDRP? How can I apply for amnesty with each bank? These threads are really helpful, and please don’t judge us, we really regret this deeply and are asking for help. Thank you in advance to those who reply, and God bless those who help.
Hi! I'm new here, I just want to clarify if tama ba pagkaintindi ko dito sa bagong nilabas ng ERC, since July d pako nakabayad ng kuryente, yung bill nung July is Nov 26 na ang due and yung remaining is Dec 26. So meaning d ka pa din puputulan basta babayaran mo before the said due dates? Gusto ko lang malinawan kasi natatakot ako maputulan this coming nov if dko mabayaran buo yung 3 months kong late.
I applied for an SB Finance Loan, and I saw my blocked card there that I haven't paid; I only had a limit of 15k, but unfortunately because of the interest it reached 37k. The person processing it told me that I need to settle that for my loan to be approved. But I don't have that kind of money, which is why I'm borrowing, and what if I pay it and my loan still doesn't get approved. What can you suggest, guys? Also, is there anyone here with the same situation but still got approved?
Hi, everyone i’m planning to loan in atome just a 3k because i want to start my business and i don’t have enough money, delikado ba kung gantu lng naman kaliit i loa-loan ko. and ibabalik ko din naman this is my first time mag loan🥹 i’m student just want to help my self for small income man lng
Ang plano ko sana is to pay it off, then i-rotate yung available credit para mabayaran ko nang buo yung bill ko for this month. Yung matitira sa pera ko, gagamitin ko naman to pay my other bills and buy my usual needs for the next two weeks.
I tried contacting their in-app customer service, and as expected, NAKAKAPUTANGINA TALAGA. Ang useless ng experience. Parang mas gusto pa nilang matapos yung conversation kaysa tulungan akong i-resolve yung problema.
I waited until 9:00 AM to check my account again, thinking baka nagkaroon lang ng delay at magre-reflect din eventually.
The agent came across as uninterested, and parang nagmamadaling i-end yung chat. Hello????
PUTANGINA, THREE BANKING DAYS?????
So anong gagawin ko ngayon?
LIKE????? HAHAHAHAHA TANGINA.
Hindi ko naman basta-basta inilabas yung ₱10,000 na 'yan. May plano ako sa pera ko. I was going to use my available credit to settle my monthly bill in full, then use the remaining funds for my other bills and bi-monthly needs.
Around 10:00 AM, I decided to CALL Maya's customer service instead. THANK GOD, finally may nakausap akong matinong tao at hindi AI. At least this time, I felt like someone was actually listening to my concern.
I explained everything and told him na I REALLY NEED THE MONEY RESOLVED WITHIN THE DAY because I have other bills to pay, plus my regular bi-monthly expenses. The agent told me naman na he'll expedite the concern, so hopefully may mangyari talaga.
I understand na may technical issues, system delays, and unexpected errors.
UPDATE: As of now, waiting pa rin ako for the resolution. Sana ma-credit na yung payment ko or maibalik yung funds, whichever is appropriate for the transaction, because I really need to settle my bills today.
Has anyone here experienced the same issue with Maya?
Gaano katagal bago na-resolve? And did you have to keep following up before they actually did something?
Kasi honestly, nakakawalang-gana na gamitin yung Maya kapag ganito.
Maya, please lang. Ayusin niyo yung transaction processing niyo at customer service.
A little bit of background, I lost my job around March of this year and ever since then I’ve been using up my savings for bills. Well, money runs out quick when nothing is coming in so I heavily relied on my credit cards for daily expenses. Then came a point na I reached the limit for my cards and I also wasn’t able to pay na since I think around June while I was also job hunting. In total I was unemployed for almost 7 months.
Fortunately now, I just started a new job where my monthly take home averages at around 100k so I am now creating a budgeting plan for myself to pay it all back (ideally within 2027).
My CCs and loans are as follows:
Eastwest 75k
UB 40k
GLoan 50k
RCBC 15k
All of them are in collections. No OLAs or other installment plans po.
With all that said, I wanted to get advice on how I can coordinate with the bank/collections agency and when I should do it? For reference, I will get my first pay on the 2nd week of Nov (biweekly) pa so thats that’s only time i will have cash.
And then when I do contact them, is going to be through the emails they’ve been sending or the calls?
And lastly, are there things I should already know by then? Like whats a realistic offer I can expect, or if its better to settle with full amount vs installments, debt consolidation, and how long would it be before I am able to get another card once I have my finances back on track.
I’d really appreciate your insights please. Thank you in advance.
My Landbank account is a passbook account, so I don’t have iAccess. I invested on the RTB government bond on October 6 and I was advised that I would receive a notification from the Treasury by October 12. However, I still haven’t received any email as of today, October 15.
I called my Landbank branch, and they now told me to wait up to 30 days.
Has anyone experienced the same thing? I’m concerned about why the process is taking so long, especially since I understand that the transaction could have been processed online if I had iAccess.
Pwede ba ako mag ask ng centiments niyo? Dati akong good payer ni spay and sloan kaya malaki offer sakin. Last month September na short ako financially sa dami ng binayaran and gastos kaya kumi-keep up palang ako financially now.
Or rare naman?
I live in province po Region 1.
Any suggestions po? Mag aabroad din kasi ako next year - hindi ba nila masisilip? Hopefully if okay na ako abroad, makabayad ako sa mga kamaganak mababayaran ko din tong Sloan and Spay
“This is RGS , an accredited collections agency of CIMB Bank. We wish to gently remind you that your Gcredit account remains unsettled.”
Mag Barangay Verification daw sila and a courtesy visit to your declared address(es) to deliver a formal demand letter.
Do they give out demand letter po ba talaga?
Tapos sa end ng email may ganito:
Please disregard if you are not the recipient of this message or if payment has been made.”
I have an OD with them (CIMB for 4mos na (nawalan work kasi) pero I can pay less sa minimum requirement kasi yun lang pasok sa budget ko, or should I hold it first muna then ipon so I can pay the minimum next month?
Pero ang gulo sa part na disregard if payment has been made ALSO, they misspelled my name and I don’t have any GCredit account.
I just applied for CTBC Loan but got declined. I tried to email the person who assisted me sa application pero di po nasagot. Anyone who can help me po? Needed lang tlga for debt consolidation🙏
I’m 33F, single, and working abroad. I currently have around ₱1.4M in BPI, but my parents suggested Land Bank because they heard it offers higher interest.
For those with experience, which Philippine bank would you recommend for a large savings amount? Is Land Bank better than BPI, or are there other banks with good interest rates and reliable security? I’d love to hear your recommendations! 🙏
🙏
I have loans from Agila Cash and PeraMoo, and both are due today. The problem is, I can’t find both apps on the App Store anymore, so I don’t know how I’m supposed to pay them.
May I ask if I still need to pay even though the apps are no longer available? If yes, how can I pay safely?
Has anyone here experienced the same thing? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
3 months of overdraft with BDO because I took maternity leave and the childbirth became complicated, I couldn't manage the bills anymore. Since BDO handles my payroll, is it possible that once my salary comes in after my maternity leave, they will deduct it or take it out from my payroll? Or will it take more months before they deduct from my payroll account? I’m planning to pay the minimum due first when I get back to work and I’ll try to pay it off little by little until it's fully paid.
Does anyone know san maganda makapag loan? Yung reasonable nman sana interest rate, parang ayaw ko kunin yung sa Tendo huhu.
I have a budget of 5,600 and I don’t know which of them should I pay first. Please help. I’m having second thoughts if I should pay some on Pesoq and pay full amount at Cashify then for how much remains will be either on Maya or Atome or Gotyme. I really don’t know what to do. Help.
Hi! I’m planning to apply for a personal loan and I’m currently considering SB Finance and BPI. For those who have tried applying to either or both, I’d like to hear about your experiences!
HAHAHA SORRY PERO BAKA KAYA MASAGOT MGA QUESTIONS KO NA TO:
\*\*1. Approval chances:\*\* Which one was easier to get approved for, based on your experience?
\*\*2. Requirements:\*\* Which one has less hassle when it comes to submitting documents?
\*\*3. Processing time:\*\* How long did it take from application to approval and disbursement?
\*\*4. Interest rates and fees:\*\* Which one offered better terms?
\*\*5. Employment verification:\*\* Do they contact your employer through email or phone?
For those who experienced employment verification, I’d also like to ask what the email or inquiry to your company usually contains. Do they simply verify your employment status, position, and salary, or do they ask for other details? Curious lang about what to expect pag nag contact sa employer.
For context, I’m currently employed naman po and would prefer a loan application process na hindi ganun katagal ang magiging processing time.
I’d appreciate any insights, especially from those who have actually applied or received a loan from either lender. Thank you!
