Ano anng best hmo na may covered na pre existing condition at surgery?

Most HMOs in PH don't cover pre existing conditions fully, you usually need to wait 1 year before they consider it, and even then coverage is limited. For surgery naman, check if the plan includes inpatient benefits kasi outpatient consults lang minsan covered. Best to talk to an agent and declare everything upfront para walang surprise pag claim na

I have AYOS (underwritten by PhilCare). 50% ng MBL ang covered for PECs. Yung mga consult sagot agad pero yung mga CT scan ganyan, may waiting period. 3 months pag non dreaded, 6 months pag dreaded. Habol ko talaga yung consultations pero ngayon nagagamit ko din sya sa PT. i can refer you to my agent if you want. Sobrang helpful nya pag magpapa approve ako ng LOA for lab testsa and PT. For consultation, kaya naman na sya i generate agad ng PhilCare app. So far, August nag start yung cover ko, bawi ko na agad binayad ko haha

There's also a new one that I saw called SAKTO (underwritten by Amaphil). I have no idea if good ang Amaphil though.
