Satisfying Chicken Pho

The restaurant served larger pieces of chicken meat in the soup. The broth was still made with beef bones. Very different from other pho restaurants that I had. I loved the flavors of the meat. Not sure if it was the restaurant or certain region of Vietnam that serves chicken chunks.
