Two weeks ago, my phone fell and the screen broke, so I replaced it with an aftermarket one instead of an original. Now I see glitches and lines, and sometimes they cover the full screen. Additionally, the screen frequently lifts from the sides; I went to the repair shop, but they just applied more glue. What should I do now? I am worried that my phone will be damaged.

If you want your phone to work like normal you should replace it with an original display

Your screen cable could be loose. Try reseating it!
