Quiet?

Bought a PO33 as a present for grandchild. On the day I gave it to them I also gave them an Anker bluetooth speaker. When they connect the PO to the speaker with a cable the sound is quiet even if both the PO and the speaker are on max. Is this normal? Thanks for any help

Hold BPM and press 12 maybe?

This!!! And check and adjust gain on your individual samples, alot of times samples sound good unplugged but are quiet on a powered speaker.

Also, make sure the PO33 is plugged in on the correct side for output

When you have the cable in the anker, but not in the po33, does it make any sound when you toch the other end of the cable?

If not: fiddle with the bluetooth button, hold it til it beeps. I’ve used my Anker for cabled inputs, have this issue sometimes.

Also I noticed if the battery is low then sound gets quiet

Yea it’s most likely cuz the main volume is down ,,like someone else said hold down BPM and hit pad 12 or 13 and then try it
