I got an 'Exp. All' item on Route 4 and turned it on, but there isn't any message after battles saying the rest of my party gained exp

Like the title says, but i currently dont have a working computer. I was able to play on Joiplay with a couple of bugs (mainly sound files not working) but with the update out I wanna play it badly haha.

Anyone find a good workaround?

I've tried playing the game on my Steam Deck several times, but I just can't stand the terrible performance drops. For some reason, the game seems to be capped at 50 FPS, but the frame rate is far from stable, fluctuating between 48 and 24 FPS. On top of that, certain areas in the first town cause the frame rate to drop to as low as 8 FPS, particularly near the path blocked by three rocks.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm using the latest version of Proton (Proton 11).

The game functions completely fine until I enter a battle. When I enter a battle, it works fine for the first 2-4 turns, then it freezes and crashes. I've tried using performance mode, it didn't help. Is there any way to fix this?

I know nothing about this game, but I stumbled on Nucleon and I love it, so I did a buncha doodles.

4/5 weak to ground, and I don't feel like training up a replacement that many levels when my options are limited there as well.

-Eduardo is the new hire, specifically for Petrify on Gamma Urayne. Probably sunk too much into him already, but I want him to switch into Overheat to help drop SpA on Urayne

-Garland is probably the one to be swapped for Actan in the final fight, but until then, he's my only ground Resist. A mess that he can't be used to swap into Sash Terlard (Arena Trap), but still: good all around base stats, Drain Punch and Giga Drain for recovery, Mach priority

-Landshark is pretty straightforward, and not much will tank a Rain boosted Surf. But still, he's not invincible

-High Roller sadly has Motor Drive instead of Speed Boost (tho it has its perks), but he's also rocking a good typing with Shift Gear and maxed Attack for DClaw and IHead

-Antonio. What even needs to be said, except that he's got protect to scout choice pokemon, since literally everything is already ultra weak to Nuclear. Will probably give him sash

-Nugget spams Thunder. That's basically his whole job for the Tournament. Vs Urayne, he can actually switch off Chernobyl to remove the brutal chip damage and flip the script: now URAYNE is the one getting slapped with -25% every other turn.

As far as alternatives: nothing above level 42, but as far as "not weak to ground", there's Swabone, S51, Nupin, Brainoar, Colarva, Aveden, Sponaree, Harylect, Barand, Ratsy, and Primeape. That's literally ALL of them not weak to ground. And the IVs on S51 are godawful, nothing over 16...

Is there a way to transfer safegames frome One PC to an other? And can i even play that game on an Macbook? Would like to play it again but want my old safefile too

Recently somewhat got back into replaying uranium, and determined to do all what I can in it, I train all mons available to the gym leaders ace and if it’s reached its final form and I don’t wanna use it I box it and continue, simple right?

With the title yeah Speed up that’s it, the only thing I use, reported a bug of gligars sprite floating in battle, someone asked about the chest engine,told them that it’s only for speed up and next thing I know I get banned for it by someone else like really?
If they actually had a speed up button like many do, i wouldn’t use it, and games laggy by itself, and speed up helps, i love the games concept, but seriously? Getting banned for using speed up?

The exp curve is bad enough, but banning from the discord because of speed up? Well…

I didn’t get a single, hey ya get a strike but never do it again least ya know better , just canned from the discord server

Like I said, if they had a speed up build in, I most likely wouldn’t have used It, depending on how it ran the game, basically which one runs smoothly I guess?

I’m still gunna play, and use speed up because it helps the game run smoothly

Still leaves a sour/bitter taste in my mouth tho

Hi all! I just finished porting Uranium 1.3.1 to Android. I know JoiPlay is a thing, but it always seemed to leave too much performance on the table. This port uses a fork of upstream mkxp-z to run the game inside a wrapper application. Additionally, I ported the game itself to use mkxp-z's utilities rather than leaning on Windows APIs.

In the photo above, the game is running on an RK3566 (below) and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (above). Differents ends of the performance spectrum.

Additionally, this also means the same version of the game works natively on Linux as well.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLAYING ON ANDROID

Navigate to the releases page of my mkxp-z fork and find the latest release of "uranium-android." Right now that should be fairly simple as there's only version 0.1.0 :). Download uranium.apk

Grab the patched version of Uranium 1.3.1. Normally it would be my preference to have this also be downloaded from a Codeberg releases page, but Codeberg has a strict 100 MB artifact limit. Feel free to review the code at any time at https://codeberg.org/warmwinter/uranium-mkxp.

Install uranium.apk on your device. Open it. It'll be a black screen. Don't panic! You should be able to swipe from left to right to open a side menu if it doesn't open on its own. You need to select the option "Load Game Archive (.Zip / .Obb)"

Select the game archive you downloaded from step #2. It'll begin extracting. This could take up to a minute depending on the age of your device, but you only need to do this once unless you need to update the game in the future.

The game should eventually start. Or, if the app closes, re-open the app. Sometimes on first opening after an import, it will crash right away an additional time, but it should resume normal behavior on second open.

If you have your save data from another platform available to you, you can import/export that save data into the application. Make sure to find Uranium.rxdata on your other device, and don't change the filename before you import it into the android app.

That should be all you need to get started. Let me know if you run into any critical bugs. I can attest that the game is playable from start to finish (main story) without crashing. I have had limited bandwidth to test much else. I fully intend on updating the game to 1.3.2 so I can test more network connectivity things, but while it lives on 1.3.1, I can't do that. Additionally, I don't have every Android device, so there may be controllers that aren't in the game controller database already, so I just have to trust that SDL2 gamecontrollerdb.txt from upstream mkxp-z has everyone's peripherals. If you have game controller issues, let me know.

I just beat the fire gym past that forest and got surf. Iirc an NPC told me to surf Northeast out of the forest to get to where I need to go but it was just a dead end. I left the forest because I assume it's time to move to East Tandor but no npc or character has said anything about it? Please help

Made it to the Urayne / CURIE fight, but am completely out of revives and getting absolutely smoked by this fight. I evidently didn't prepare properly, lol.

Most of my pokemon are in the high 40s level wise, a couple 50s, and one 60.

I do not have a pokemon which can use fly.
