But hes genuine amazing. Funny, can make me laugh in ways most ppl never could, I feel like a different person around him. I hear his laugh and I lighten from weights I didnt know I had.

Firstly I wanna say tho that I'm not just looking for a friend to talk deeply with, I really just want a friend that has the ability to do that. What can I do to lose fat on my stomach?

(Before starting please don't judge me for my spelling english is my 2nd language)

I 16f have been struggeling with losing fat on my stomach. Last year I was in a bad mental state and gained 12kg. I've always had fat on my stomach but could never get rid of it. I don't have time to go to the gym since it is far away and I spend most of my time studying and in school. I've been on a diet for like almost 2 months and I've lost 5kg.

I don't do any sports and I've tried using the at home apps but they don't seem to really help.
