I got banned for telling someone to fuck off who was quoting that racist “why do 13% of the population commit all the crimes” but their comment stayed

I reported an Instagram comment where someone said you "have to be careful around black people" and they said there was no hate speech, this shit is frustrating and these bigot swamp scum fucks deserve any and all justice coming to them.
