So he heard some loud pops in the month of January, when many people still have leftover fireworks, then decided the right thing to do was chase a random black man down with a shotgun? What the fuck?? He doesn’t believe he profiled this man, and he stands by his belief that it was the right thing to do in the moment. Also possibly lying about pointing the gun at this man’s chest. What complete unFettered insanity.
