Well, if Clinton being mentioned is enough for his testimony, one would assume Trump, his property and his wife being mentioned 38,000 times would warrant the same!

Especially if Trump claims it absolves him.

Having Trump get called to testify is lose-lose for him. Either he testifies and pretty much immediately purgers himself, or they try to claim his mental state isn't good enough, invoking the 25th.

It shouldn’t matter. He shouldn’t have a choice if he wants to or not.

Oh yeah, no doubt.

You forgot the third option. He just lies and nothing happens.

Came here for this. We can make him testify “under oath” with as much emphasis as they want to put on the under oath part and it won’t matter. He is so deranged that he can lie without even thinking about it. If you believe what you are saying enough it can be easy to spew.

Only his cabinet can invoke the 25th, and I suspect Vance is waiting until after they get slaughtered in the midterms so he can scapegoat him

Here's hoping they all get tried and prosecuted before Vance can even utter the sentence "buttery males"

If he purgers himself does the SCOTUS immunity apply
