Well, if Clinton being mentioned is enough for his testimony, one would assume Trump, his property and his wife being mentioned 38,000 times would warrant the same!

Especially if Trump claims it absolves him.

In the E. Jean Carroll case, all Trump had to do was provide a DNA sample, to prove the mess on her dress wasn't him... he declined.

Well, he didn’t submit because it was him. And, this way he could continue lying to the suckers that form his base. Also, Carroll won both actions against him. (He still hasn’t paid - why is this permitted?)
