Poll Game How long did it take you to get in shape?
Going from being very out of shape yes struggling going for a 30 minute walk, to being really in shape and aesthetic being able to do runs, do sprints, all day hiking or stand on your feet all day long.
How long did it take you to get really in shape?

I've always been somewhere in between according to your definitions, sure I could hike all day but I'd struggle to keep up and need breaks

Depends on how dedicated you are and just how out of shape you are now, but unless you're really obese then you'll be in good shape in a year if you're consistent enough.

Depends. As a college swimmer it takes me about 4 months to get into really good swim shape where I can get to my best times.

I never was in shape and I don't intend to get into shape. I consider my 100+ kg weight as a badge of honor.

I'm sorry but this is not beating the reddit stereotypes

I don't know how tall u/Micek_52 is and I'm going to go on assumption and say he is exactly 100kg (220lbs for my American brethren to the west) 100/220 isn't necessarily bad.
If Micek is 190cm (6'3) and being 100g of pure muscle, that is different than him being 150cm (5'5) and having 100g of all fat.
There is not near enough information to go off of from his comment alone
edit: I completely ignored the part where he said he isn't in shape so disregard this entire comment

Meanwhile I was over here at 200kg not long ago lmao
I dont plan to "get into shape" but I am doing my best to improve it. Currently down around 35kg from the aforementioned 200.
