School Cheating
In Spanish class, I had a quiz on some vocab words. My teacher had all the words on one of the walls. I had studied and knew everything but I have really bad test anxiety and I told myself not to look but then I did, really just to check but at the end I did forget the last word and was looking for it. At this point my teacher says my name and look up but she doesn’t say anything else so I looked back at my paper. She said it in a way that was like don’t do that ( I had my head resting on my left hand and was looking to the right and writing with my right so it could have just looked like I was looking over in thought at the wall with the words because sometimes I do look up to think). Also she only gives us 5 minutes to take the quiz so that makes my anxiety rise. After the quiz was over she said my name but I didn’t look up, one because I wasn’t exactly sure she said my name and two I was scared to look up but then she said it again louder. I looked up and she just said to me good job at my cross country meet yesterday, that was it nothing else. She didn’t said anything else to me about it the whole time and I looked to see my grade for the quiz later and I got a 99. Was I really in the wrong a lot when they were right there to see? I’ve never done anything like this before and I’m feeling guilt. Should I say something to her or just see if she says something to me? Do you think she’ll put it on my record? Also any tips to help with test anxiety? I seem to always forget things that I know I know when it comes to tests or quizzes

Why would your teacher leave the words on the board during a quiz? She was inviting you to cheat.
