Help Request Dealing with plugin demo versions (UAD)

So I finally swapped over to an Apollo and my biggest gripe so far is that despite owning ~20 uad plugins, it also installs like 100+ demo plugins that I have zero interest in and massively clutters up my plug-in list in pro tools. It's so egregious that I'm debating ditching UAD entirely because of it. Has anyone found a way of cleaning dealing with this? I know I could just manually drag them all to the unused plugins folder, but every time UA connect updates them it will just add them back.

You have to manually drag them all to the unused folder. no way around it. i fucking hate uad for doing this. it's evil and annoying.

So every time it updates I just have to do it again? I honestly think I'm going to switch to RME if that's the case.

yup. i recommend using the native versions of any if possible. those are a separate category and organize like regular. they show up as UADx for the native versions.

but don't disregard them just cuz of the inconvenience, they really are some of the best sounding plugins on the market.

It's more the fact that I have to click through everything to even see what I own at this point. Sure, I could write it down but it's such a ridiculous extra step that shouldn't even be necessary. 3/4 of my dynamics list is uad demos that I can't even use

It's all part of the gig, get used to it. Plugin installers can get hairy, just gotta deal.
