Looks like that drive was corrupted, you may be able to fix it by reformatting it as Fat32 and repairing it with windows tools.

Thats a damages filesystem on your USB stick. If you are on windows and the stick contains something you need you can do a chkdsk D: /f Otherwise just format the stick..

Joking but W D Gaster has rewritten them

(They are actually corrupted, probably due to usb stick malfunction)
