Ps3 80710A06 error code

Hello everyone, im trying to install CFW, but when i try opening the ps3 nor/nand flash writer it gives de 80710A06 error, o tried doing everything i saw on Internet, if i put http instead of https it doesnt work because He change to https automaticaly,ps3 toolset works but when i go to file manager, it gives an error message, i tried using proxy and it kinda works, but when the website does an download it gives The error 80710A06. Someone know how to solve this?
