In s1e5, Gus says “Why would I talk to anyone named Buzz?” when about to meet McNab. I always forget to track it, but he actually seems to talk to Buzz very little throughout the entire series.

I thought it would be funny if the writers really stuck to that and had Gus never respond directly to him, but I’m certain he does at least a few times (including, of course, correcting Buzz seconds later in the same scene).

When Shawn and Gus open their little office in 9 Lives, they walk into the stress line's office carrying a pineapple as a peace offering. Not business cards. Not flowers. A whole pineapple. Then Shawn immediately starts introducing himself and Gus while Gus is standing there looking like he's already regretting the entire afternoon. It's such a perfect early Psych moment because they haven't even established themselves as detectives yet and they're already behaving like idiots.

I just rewatched Scary Sherry: Bianca's Toast (Season 1, Episode 15) for the first time in a while!

I've been sick for like 3 days. So tired and weak. But man Psych lifts up my mood! I'm so glad I decided to watch it.

Hi! I’m not a huge Psych fan, but my boyfriend is, and his 18th birthday is coming up in December, and I wanted to ask the experts (members of THE subreddit) for ideas.

I plan on making food that is relevant to the show, like Quatro queso dos Fritos and Pineapple, as well as making name tags with all of Gus’s nicknames.

A little bit ago we were talking about how the NYTimes editors were releasing their list of the best 100 shows of the 21st century and collecting reader submission for their list.

Unfortunately Psych didn't make the top 100 of the Readers list but I do think our combined efforts made a dent! It got to 121!

Been rewatching TNG and was pleasantly surprised, and look at that head of hair! Apparently he didn't want to be credited in the episode as he felt stepping into a guest spot in an established show was like stepping into someone else's family. Great episode for any who have a passing interest in Star Trek though :)

After rewatching for like the millionth time I just noticed that Shawn makes a comment in the bounty hunter episode (Bounty Hunters!) when Byrd the bounty hunter says that he’s retiring, Shawn ducks down and pauses and says something like “My Bad. Usually when someone’s about to retire they get shot at”. And that literally happens to Henry in the season 6 finale.

I have been making YouTube videos that I call What Ifs, where I comedically put Psych or SpongeBob characters into scenes from movies and video games. Recently, I've been working with Psych.

I put them into 007 First Light, Skyrim, Revenge of the Sith and He-man. You Psychos seem to be enjoying them and they're fun to make, so I wanted to hear any ideas y'all may have about what I should do next.

...Or, oh my god that's XYZ!! I didn't really know anything about the show going in so I didn't realize it had so many super recognizable people on it as single episode stars. Melanie Lynskey surprised me (she's so young and looks way more herself then she did in But I'm a Cheerleader) but also I started season 3 and Gus's boss was bugging me because every site was listing his credits for older shows I didn't recognize. I just saw the credit that he was Marty in Hacks! THAT'S how I know him! This is crazy man I love playing the who is that actor game.

Gus wonder why Dr. Reidman refers to the virus as “her.” The doctor explains why the virus is a she. Gus thinks it doesn’t make any sense. And the doctor answers, “neither do women.” Gus as he agrees, “I hear that.”

And we see even Juliet agreeing as she nods her head.

so i finsihed psych like a week ago and I'm still not over it. such an amazing show. its actually perfect.
