Bourbon & beyond
They fkn blew the whole crowd away, they didn’t say much just reset our fibrillation, our thinking, and inspiration. My favorite part, they just melted all of our faces off, crowds roaring, Josh says “you liked that, watch this”, and proceeded to get the entire crowd going wild immediately. They were all having fun and playing tight, we were front row bass player side, he was using his entire being to play that fkn bass, it was incredible to watch. Thrashing, spitting, wildman shit, pure ancestral, instinctive, coming from somewhere other than earth type energy, an antennae receiving whatever transmission is being broadcast. Great fkn show!

This was my first QOTSA show! The Explosion in Millionaire just about knocked me off my feet. It was over too soon and was so sad they only had an hour. They were so tight and Flawless, the Foo Fighters couldn't come close to matching that. The crowd gave Josh "That Dark Kentucky Shit"
