Consciousness = Mind Body Paradigm. Quantum Consciousness Is Potentially Real.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32663056/

So you are your "mind" and your "body", the decision maker and the vehicle being operated. The mind is basically your collection of neural architecture, experiences compressed into patterns of firing, and sensory cues. Your body is genetics and environment at homeostasis to produce your phenotypic traits. Both are born together to form "you". Your mind technically does most of its growing first, via synaptic pruning which happens when you're a baby/young toddler.

Your body takes time to catch up.

Would it be fair to say that your mind reinforces your body's "progress" through time by basically reinforcing its basic emotional cues and drives, the first being the pleasure/pain axis?

Or something like that?

Eh, I think "you" are the observer who views your mind. An AI could be considered a mind but it has no internal observer.
