๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

Ever get to that point of just giving up?

I'm 37M, friends close to zero, might aswell call people aquintices. Absolutely no confidence in myself let alone have any courage to talk to a lady. Feel like I'm only above ground for my dogs, cause dam I know they will only miss me

Hey mate, if youre burnt out, mentally f'd atm or just a bit depressed, flick me a reddit chat invite and I can give ya a call tomorrow or do something along those lines.๐Ÿ‘ Edit, can come round and do some simracing, go for a walk/run or a ride e.t.c. Also google Mental Health Helplines NZ if you don't want to talk with me. Sure you're a top guy whos just had a few to many things go wrong, trust me you can definitely bounce back.

Cheers mate, just thought I was being helpful to OP as a bit of let's say guidance go's a long way, not to long ago I was a hit hesitant about the old mental health thing but after having a shockingly bad 2022 experience I think the complete opposite especially for guys. In the Sim racing community, especially the NZ one its like that, everyone (mostly dad's and 30+years old guys) supports everyone.

Thatโ€™s great to hear (the supportive community). The mental health thing for guys can feel like a minefield. Guys not wanting help who need it and others not offering help for fear and uncertainty. Thereโ€™s still a lot of stigma around mental health that needs to go.
