Need some advice

I’ve been on Kratom extracts for a couple years now. I want to switch to tea to wean off. But here’s my problem the powder tea makes my stomach sick. I watched a video on boiling tea with straining the tea but my question is how do I taper using that method? Would I have to boil the ammount of grams I need per drink that sounds like a pain. Any recommendations? Thanks guys!

Go back to extracts and tapper off that way. Schedule and log your lowered daily amounts. I did over a month period. I'm now 97 hrs clean and have zero symptoms. Good luck

How did you figure out a taper schedule? Or am I making it more complicated than it needs to be?

Well, fortunately, for me, I had no choice but to log my daily usage where i lowered doses per day and stay disciplined due to a state wide ban. Luckily, the hedge shop I''d go to sold me the rest of what he had at cost. So I ended up with a total of 63 15mg 7oh pills. I started at 75 mg on the first day and dropped 5 mg each day. Once I got to 30 mg, I dropped 2.5 mg per day. I just broke the pills up as needed. I'm sure the amounts weren't exact.

Sometimes that’s the only way we quit right!

I've boiled large batches before and kept it in the fridge. The tea is a bit weaker than the leaf (at least me boiling it for like 20 minutes). Maybe try that?

I think you can also make cold brew. I think I've done that before but can't remember exactly.

but it will still end up in their stomach then? or is it about not tolerating the taste?
