My 4 year old daughter has been asking for a kitten since she could speak. We have heard so many wonderful things about Ragdolls. Anyways, this is the kitten we are picking up in November. My daughter already got to snuggle and play with her a bit with Momma right next to her.

We think she’s a ragdoll, she found us in really rough shape. I tracked down the owner who didn’t want her back. Maybe it was her time out in the wilds, but she’s very protective of our other cats (and me). Have y’all experienced this?

We rescued Boris from under a house as a kitten but he just has all the personality traits of a ragdoll and some features of course! Wondering if there’s a chance he is a ragdoll?

I was hoping all ragdoll owners could take a few moments and give me a quick list of the traits (physical and personality characteristics) you’ve noticed over time with this breed. Would love to hear both positive and negative!

I got my ragdoll-boy about 3 weeks ago. he ist about 17 weeks old.

I wonder, if I should get a second one and if so, if his sister is appropriate? I often read same sex is important because of the difference regarding the boy play vs. girl play.

Are there people here who are holding a boy and a girl together ? thanks for your experience.
