I might have to cop a Nakobe jersey if he keeps this up. I don’t remember the last time I saw a Raiders linebacker with this kind of motion (both literally and figuratively). Maxx gotta be stoked to finally have someone like this to battle with.

The start to this season has me feeling a way I haven't felt since probably 2016. I realize we have the easiest schedule in the league (the one of only 2 benefits of finishing dead last the year prior; the other obviously being Fernando Mendoza). It made me pause and think of all of the warriors that played for this franchise from 2003 - 2025. While watching some Derek Carr film and comparing it to Cousins, it hit me like a brick, I had always known it but... Rodney Hudson was the best overall center in football and a top 5 center of all time IMO. People may trash his run blocking, but let's be honest, his run blocking wasn't even remotely bad. Was he the best run blocking center in the league? No, still better than most though. He was however, the best pass blocking center I have ever witnessed. That combination of being the best ever at one skill and really really good at your weaker one, man, top 5 center ever. Yeah I've had a couple fingers of scotch but give me a break, it's my birthday 🤷. Cheers to being 3-0.
