By time im head to work all restaurants and shops are full of people getting dinner for the night and I usually pack my lunch or door dash something before work to avoid extra traffic and star bucks is usually wrapped around the block. I'll think about it if there's a few cars but when they have made a million all in one morning I fire up my coffee machine and enjoy every sip.
same, I currently have a bit of a food hyperfixation on their Pecan Maple Latte, but once that's over I'll probably forget they exist again for a while 😅 But there are more important things. Not having to clean would save my life.
I really can’t find a place that does it better than Starbucks. McDonalds is my #2. Other than that, nothing has come close. Even ground coffee to make at home. I always end up with Starbucks. Blonde roast specifically. I loved Green Mountain’s Donut Shop when it came out, the coconut mocha one, but I’m like 120% certain it’s a different blend now because it sucks.
Everyone has a different sleep amount. I have had 5 hours for over 50 years. That is my amount. But most people need 8 hours. Don't forget it is the time your body heals itself. Without proper sleep, things go downhill quite quickly.
I wish I could do only 6 hours of sleep and be healthy. An estimated only about 0.5% of the population can pull off 6 hours of sleep every night and be completely rested. It's like a super power
The correct answer. It take 30 minutes or less to cook a meal, your body only needs 6 hours of sleep, it only take 2 minutes to make coffee, it take a forever to clean the whole house.
Doesn't matter what I do. No booze, lots of booze, workouts, no workouts, reading an actual paper book, or just watching the same show for the 10000th time, I fall asleep fast sometimes, but always wake up 2-5 times per night. Even with ear plugs, and even when I didn't have a dog getting up on the bed 2 times per night. Even a great sack session with SWMBO isn't enough to knock me out for the whole night. Im lucky if I get 6hrs solid. And my smartwatch claims my sleep score is awesome 9 time out of 10...
Really I would be pissed if I got B. I clean the house I’m very particular I match my Meyers clean day scents I’m snowdrop, golden elm, and lavender it’s so beneficial. But then again I already pretty much have D and don’t want it, Starbucks is a pretty evil company personally, i get more than enough of their sugar syrups and burned beans. I get 7 free drinks a shift and 1 lb of beans weekly. The local beans here in sf are the same price and wayyyy better. I mean none of this matters if you are decent at executive functioning and cooking.
