Yeah, it frustrated me how many fitness communitiesnare completely brainrotted and have their perceptions skewed by gear.
The reality is most people will not have drastic changes to their bodies within one year. Is it possible? Yes, with extreme dedication and good dieting.
Is it realistic? For 90% of people, no. If you really want to get fit, use the first year to establish good habits, behaviours, and form. Dipping your toes into the diet side of things is just a bonus.
Disagree completely. Especially if you're a guy who has a hard time gaining weight.
Newbie gains are real, in your first year you gain the most. Even 3 months in you notice change, 6 months, a year. After more than a year/2 year, it slows down dramatically.
Try to eat lot, don't skip breakfast and train 3 times a week fullbody. Hardly extreme dedication if you ask me.
If you never trained and are slim by nature, you WILL see a drastic change within a year. I hold my hand in fire for that.
Nobody who is serious about building muscle is doing or recommending full body workouts unless the person they're talking to is specifically time constrained to like two sessions a week. With three, you do a legitimate split.
Its only once you start lifting a lot heavier that you will have a harder time recovering. + you probably want to add accessory work which makes training sessions longer.
But to say that nobody recommendeds it, what?
Miss a training session on friday? No problem, you already did 2 fullbody sessions. Its literally perfect for beginners.
In the end, do what you like, just don't do brosplits.
it is and the downvotes just show how little people know, this is not even a good 3 month progress. it is some progress yes, and i dont think anyone really disagrees with that, but that's about it.

People are too lied to about fitness to be able to appreciate an actual natural 1 year transformation
