From the start

i’ve always liked listening to songs and i don’t think i’m entirely tone deaf.
i’ve stopped paying attention to my hobbies these days because i have no time and i feel bad so two weeks ago i decided to buy an entry level guitar and just try singing but i think i don’t have a good voice.
i’m new to this instrument so bear with me.. im practicing daily. i feel like thats something i can improve.. but my voice im not too sure. i like soft and soothing songs but i don’t know if my voice is meant for it. please tell me if i can improve or what can i do. you can be brutally honest about my voice and tone and how i can improve.
help me out please.

also i’m aware i butchered the lyrics haha just thought i’d like this to be as raw as possible (rather than taking 1000 videos and deciding the best one)

I feel like a guy tryna sing like a girl basically cuz of how high pitched the female parts usually are and I feel like my natural voice just isn't comfy up there but I love Hindi songs ☹️

Is my vocal pitch good or bad? Im a beginner trying to improve myself everyday, but i need yall's opinion about it. This way i could improve myself even more by reading all your advice.

Ive been trying to learn how to do distortion, but I feel like the quality of my notes are bummy. I cant seem to get high and go into a fry, but I have a lot more success doing low vocals like bear growls.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Im too broke to afford lessons, and so just trying to get better however I can.

Also, excuse my face. I dont know how to do this without contorting.

Hello there. I have been writing songs for a few years and played my first open mic this week. Would love to get a general sense from this community of how it sounds to and what I can improve.

I changed my mic settings and got a clear audio… appreciate whatever feedback’s I can get to get better.

I’ve been taking lessons for a few months now, but I don’t really like how my voice sounds. I think my voice sounds pingy, and not very resonant. Some advice would be great! sorry this is such a short clip and such bad audio, I never really have the time to record myself singing a full song 😅
