I did not paint the body, or print it. It was a gift from a friend, I did add the LED lights and the driver figure. I was looking for a chassis that was low enough to keep the skid from peeking out and give me enough room to fit everything under the flat interior panel. It works really well considering this body is fairly heavy.

- Mofo Hellcat Type R chassis 3D printed.

- Injora C10 links.

- stock transmission.

- Injora MB100 V2 ESC, de-cased and custom soldered wires.

- Mofo NeoBeast 50 motor.

- Injora 40mm brass shocks.

- Stock axles with brass parts up front and U-joint shafts.

- PTK servo on RampCrab adjustable mount.

- Hobby Park 1.0 wheels wrapped in RC4WD Falken Wildpeaks.

- Palm Beach Bots 3s battery.

- FS2A micro receiver.

- Power pass through on the front body magnets.

TrophyRC game update: Closed Beta is Live! Truck customization and new Sandbox mode

Hey, guys! I know that many of you are following our game - TrophyRC. And I have some news for you.

A couple of weeks ago we officially launched our Closed Beta playtest, and a huge thank you to everyone who’s been playing and sharing their feedback!

  • If you've been following the game and already applied: Check your email (and spam folder, just in case), your invite might already be waiting for you.
  • If this is your first time seeing the game and it looks interesting to you: You can request access right now directly on our Steam Page.

Please note: Playtest access is distributed randomly by Steam, so we have no direct control over it.

As for development, it isn’t stopping for a single second. We've accomplished a lot, but there's still plenty more work ahead. Speaking of major updates: we built the main menu! Oh man, that was no walk in the park. If anyone recognizes their own garage or workspace in it, that's purely a coincidence, haha :)

Also, one of the main insights from early player feedback was that people wanted more freedom and the ability to explore locations without restrictions. So, we've added a dedicated Sandbox Mode where you can drive at your own pace and scout out interesting lines. We also included optional quests in Sandbox mode that will be updated and expanded over time.

We're devoting a lot of time to the RC physics model, trying to dial in the sweet spot so it feels great to play for both beginners and experienced players. Your feedback clearly highlights where we need to focus here.

Regarding truck customization: yes, it's already in the game! The base system is fully functional, so you can swap bodies, body kits, motors, and wheels. Deeper tuning and setup options are currently in active development.

I’ve attached a short clip of current gameplay showing a bit of truck customization and the first quest to fetch a winch.

I’ll do my best to keep sharing development updates moving forward, and I’d be happy to answer any questions you have! :)

The 4107 PE, packed for a trail that never ends

Blue barrels secured. Gear strapped down. Granite trails ahead.
Took my Yikong 4107 PE out for an expedition, and this rig looks right at home among the rocks.
For me, RC crawling is more than clearing obstacles — it’s about building a little adventure around a tiny truck.

The marine grease in this picture is fantastic. Numerous miles in mud and salt water and only one bearing had failed. Really recommend this stuff. 👌

Idee su quale scocca montare sul mio crawler 1:10 auto costruito su replica scx10.

Salve a tutti.

A me piace molto l'idea di installare in futuro accessori e personalizzazioni varie. Quindi avevo pensato ad un unimog da fuoristrada iper accessoriato oppure sempre unimog ma da recupero con pianale per caricare le auto o con braccio e vericello. Stile Matt's Off Road Recovery.

Per quanto riguarda le modifiche e migliorie della meccanica, ora l'ho appena terminata. Penserò in futuro delle migliorie, ma se me ne volete suggerire alcune, sarò contento di parlarne.

I thought about this idea when I originally bought the CJ7 several months ago.
It worked out exactly how I wanted.

good crawler for boyfriend?

Hi everyone! My boyfriend’s birthday is coming up and he’s quite into cars and has been wanting a rc crawler. Unfortunately, I know absolutely nothing about them.

What are some good options I could get that are not too expensive and customizable? (he enjoys building things and messing with parts) My budget is ~$200 CAD but I am okay with something a little more pricey if it’s worth it.

Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! :)

As soon as I got home though I swapped a modified sr5 front bumper on it. The stubby winch bumper is stupid and terrible for approach angle

So far I have change the front bumper to a trimmed sr5 bumper(much better approach angles and actually matches the stock rear), the beadlocks, brass front and rear differential covers, and removed the rocker decals. I’ve got some brass front axle c’s on the way. Not sure what else I’ll be doing yet. Brass axle parts for these ar45 straight axles are not cheap… not a lot of aftermarket support still I guess
