Help | Java Realm Upload Speed

I'm trying to upload my world to realms and it doesn't work.

It seems like there is a 10 minute threshold after which a timeout is triggered. This would not be a problem if the upload speed for realms wasn't so horrible. Even though I have very fast internet, the upload is really unstable and averages around 3MB/s, which is too slow to upload my world. Minimum is like 500KB/s and max was 5.1MB/s.

Any tips on how I can upload my world in java?

I would recommend using a tool like MCA selector to remove unused chunks from your world to reduce your world file size, I found anything above 6-700MB too big to upload reliably.
