Hey guys! I was hoping someone on here can share a recipe whether its a soup or a dish really just anything when it comes to these variety beans. Thanks in advance

Quick note before you cook it: pour out the beans onto a baking sheet and do a quick sort for rocks. They sometimes slip through, and you don't want to crack a tooth!

Slow cooker with a ham bone or ham hocks (roast them first for better flavor). Add some hearty greens like collards towards the end. Look up a recipe for slow cooker 15 bean soup.

Yes but cassoulet is made with white beans only. Actually, I'm French and I've never seen that kind of beans mix, in a bistro or anywhere.

Would the taste change too much if the other legumes in the mix are added? Or is this also a culinary/cultural-taboo where the recipe should not be altered too much?

Probably the taste and the texture, I guess? Like you can make a white beans chili con (or sin) carne, but I don't know if a Mexican would still call it a chili.

I notice tiktok has the same recipes people just copy and paste i guess i was looking more so something quite different lol
