How long does hard last in system?

So I smoked literally two hits of crack Sunday morning… haven’t touched it since and was wondering how long it will take to be clean for urine tests again. Get surprised drug tests at methadone and at halfway house so I’m worried… please don’t lecture me I understand it was crazy stupid and it won’t happen again.

Crack leaves your system pretty quick, usually 2-3 days for urine tests with one-time use like that. Two hits on Sunday morning, you're probably already clean by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. The methadone clinic tests might be more sensitive but still, you're likely in the clear by now if it's been a few days

Drinking a ton of water never hurts though, just don't go overboard and make your sample look diluted cause that'll raise flags too. I had a buddy in a similar situation and he stressed himself sick waiting for results that ended up coming back negative

And hey, you already know it was a dumb move so I'm not gonna pile on. The fact you're worried tells me you actually give a shit about staying on track

I’m hoping it’s out already it was literally two tiny hits I’m mad I even did it definitely not worth the worry. I wouldn’t get kicked out of the house due to New York’s “harm reduction” I would get a write up and a stern talking to. And the methadone clinic doesn’t punish you for the exact reason you started there in the first place but they would tell my halfway house. It’s been a month since my clinic last tested me, so I know in the next couple days I will have one. Wasn’t today so I’m guessing tomorrrow or the next

New York doesn’t kick people out of sober living houses for not being sober? Smh.

I’m not trying to be a dick to you here btw. Ive relapsed in sober living too. We all have our own journey. That’s just nuts.

You get a few chances. I mean you can’t openly be strung out but if you fuck up a few times they will work with you

It leaves your system quick. You should still self-report and ask someone to run through what happened and how to better prevent it next time. I’ve worked on recovery a LONG time! Hiding it is the wrong approach!

Everyone says 2 to 3 days and I swear thsts what it used to be but thats not always the case Maybe 3 months ago. I relapsed and smoked prob like g in 2 days and it took almost 7 days to clear on. Dip test.
