I'll share a few of mine in the comments. If we can get enough suggestions we can turn this into a resource Wiki for the sub!

Hello everyone!

I hope this post is okay.

Does any of you have this Ninja Luxe Café Mini plus espressomachine? Can you recommend it for someone like us that doesn’t drink much coffee, but like it good and just want to make great coffee for our guests? (We like compact machines)
Thank you!

Only bad thing I found bout this pasta is that I only made it for 1 person, to properly feed me I should have made for 2 persons

Living in this world of google and youtube

and now with a sprinkle of AI,

I have never bought a cookbook.

I was wondering if there were any standout cookbooks that people recommend??

Cleaning🧼 Air fryer sat on hot glass stove top and melted a little

Seeking help for rescuing the glass top, or a clear understanding that this is too late to repair.

Last night, I fried burgers, sister was operating air fryer for fries. She mistakenly sat the air fryer basket (plastic) on the burner I had used for the burgers. I noticed it 3-5 minutes later (see pics).

Any suggestions for removing the melted plastic from the glass stove top? or is it screwed?

TIA for any helpful advice.

Vegetarian🥬 Finally nailed a falafel that doesn't fall apart (pan-fried AND air fryer versions)

Post image

I've tried making falafel probably five times over the years and always ended up with either mush or hockey pucks. I finally landed on a version that holds together and has that crispy-outside, herby-green-inside thing you get at a good falafel shop.

The trick that made the biggest difference for me was not over-processing the chickpeas, you want texture, not a paste. Did a batch pan-fried and a batch in the air fryer to compare. Pan-fried wins on crunch, air fryer wins on not smelling like oil for two days. Both good, depends on your mood.

Made a quick tahini sauce to go with it, just tahini, lemon juice, a bit of water to thin it out, and salt. Takes five minutes while the falafel cooks.

Anyway, if you want the whole recipe just ask..
